Attiana’s pecan pie recipe

This winter recipe is for those who have that one family member that is on that special diet during the holidays. If they’re trying that new crazed keto diet, going sugar-free, or cutting out gluten, this sugary Pecan Pie is definitely NOT for them. Spread holiday cheer by passing a slice of this sweet dessert!

 

INGREDIENTS:

           3 EGGS
1 cup packed dark brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup butter (2/3 stick), melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup pecan halves
1 Basic Nutty Egg & Lemon Juice piecrust OR basic piecrust (9-inch), baked

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Heat oven to 350°F. Beat eggs, brown sugar, granulated sugar, butter, vanilla and salt in medium bowl until well blended. After, arrange pecan halves evenly on the bottom of your pie crust. Slowly pour the egg mixture over pecans. Finally, bake in the center of the oven for 40-45 minutes. Stick a knife in the middle, and if it comes out clean, it is ready.
